🇪🇸 Francia no es que sea la cuna del Prog Metal ni del Power Metal pero en este caso la banda francesa Darktribe se sube a la cresta de la ola y se defiende a las mil maravillas poniendo encima de la mesa 11 temas y casi 50 minutos de cambios de ritmos, de energía con las revoluciones bastante altas y melódicamente muy bien armados.
Todo esto con una voz especial que me ha atrapado desde el primer momento porque a pesar de que canta en inglés tienen un marcado acento francés y eso le aporta un cariz muy auténtico. Mi gusto por los idiomas madre de cada una de las bandas hace que si se tornasen al francés los hicieran superiores pero lógicamente mi gusto no es genérico y no se abririan las puertas del mercado internacional de la misma manera.
🇬🇧 France isn't exactly the birthplace of Prog Metal or Power Metal, but in this case, the French band Darktribe rides the crest of the wave and holds its own brilliantly, delivering 11 tracks and almost 50 minutes of rhythm changes, high-energy, and melodically well-crafted music.
All of this is accompanied by a distinctive voice that captivated me from the first moment. Despite singing in English, the vocals have a pronounced French accent, lending a very authentic feel. My fondness for the native languages of each band means that if they switched to French, they would be superior, but naturally, my taste isn't universal, and they wouldn't open the doors to the international market in the same way.
